Assembling instructions Be careful when unpacking the light fitting, as it is very fragile. If the product seems to be incomplete, look carefully through the packing material for the missing trimmings. After you have carefully unwrapped the light fitting from the box, pay an attention to the mounting instructions plan. Assemble all components according to alphabetic and numeric designation in the mounting instructions plan. Do not shift the canopy shielding the electric wire connection before you unloose the retaining screw. The wiring up of the light fitting to the power supply must be carried out by a duly qualified electric company and all applicable standards and safety regulations must be complied with. We shall take up no responsibility for improper wiring. When handled, the light fitting can only be lifted up by its suspension chain. Never lift it up by its arms. Cleaning instructions Keep the light fitting clean, especially its glass parts. Otherwise, light output ratio might get decreased by 30%. Before you proceed to cleaning or maintenance, make sure that the power supply is switched off. Wipe the irremovable glass components and all metal parts with a dry soft cloth only. Do not use sharp tools, abrasive and aggressive detergents. Removable glass components including trimmings can be washed in the solution of detergents. Use only detergents determined by the manufacturer for cleaning or washing of glass. Dry the components immediately after washing. Warranty We guarantee full two years warranty on all components. We warrant the light fitting you purchased from us against all manufacturing defects. If a product purchased from us fails to perform due to a manufacturing defect, simply return it to us along with your original sales receipt. We will at our discretion, repair or replace the product. Our warranty does not include light bulbs, fan balancing or "wobbling", the improper installation, use, alterations and renewals (repairs) of the product, claims for labor costs or installation and acts of God. A valid, original sales receipt is required of all warranty claims. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the warranted merchandise.
